1st/2nd Line IT questions

Hi guys,

I'm being uber lazy here but does anyone have a set template of questions they would ask in an interview? I'd ideally like something on paper that I could leave with the candidate and they go through and answer as many as they can, ranging from 1st to 3rd line.

Yeah I had to do that in the end, it took a while but I have a good number of questions now for future use. I'm guessing there are a lot of interviews amongst us in the IT sector who may have had one prepared!
