1st attempt to overclock.

Im totally new to overclocking, although i have been reading about it for well over a year. Ive been looking for various beginners guides and i have found the guide below.

I trust this forum and its readers more than anyone else. What i would like is your opinions on is weather or not you think i could do what the guide says and get away with it and if you agree with the alterations to bios.
The guide was written with a near same setup as i have.
I would test this with MemTest86+ and Prime95.

- Disable CIA2
- System Memory Multiplier at 2.00 (1:1 Ratio)
- DRAM Timing at 5-5-5-15
- DDR2 OverVoltage Control +0.2V (2.0V)
- FSB OverVoltage +0.2V (1.4V)
- (G)MCH Voltage +0.1V (1.55V)
- CPU Voltage at 1.274V

You'll probably need a bit more vcore. Maybe ~1.4v.

Other than that, the guide's pretty much spot on.
