The cpu span for a second once but hasnt since :/ and no i havent connected my pc to my monitor yet ill try that in a sec although i cant see my monitor helping the pc turn on?

No, It was just the CPU :/

Start with square one, take the psu (all by itself) and see if it works by using the paper clip trick.

Once/ if you try the paperclip trick on the PSU and you find it working....take the CPU out and just check for bent pins....completely missed its an AMD.

Thanks @RJC the jumper cap thing worked for me! i just have the problem of getting an imagine on my monitor now LOL
