1st build, spec check?

Hi guys

New to the forum as you can see, just wondering if anyone can be kind enough to take a look at the specs for a new pc I would like to build.

One I'm using at the mo is a few years old and lacking in power, so just looking to getting a new all rounder, probs more for gaming.

are you overclocking?
if so get the oem cpu as overclocking technically voids the warranty anyway, if not stick to retail and enjoy the longer warranty.

i would consider getting 64bit vista over 32 unless you have a lot of stuff that isnt 64bit compatible

If overclocking voids the warranty, what about the retail CPUs overclockers have that are guaranteed to run at say 3.20GHz? by overclocking these does that void their warranty?
