1st build what card £200

470 is a good card and your best bet out of whats actually available right now, ATI 6 series will be on the table soon tho that might shake things up.
 
At that price range you basically either want a 5850 or a 470 of what is available right now. Depending on your timeline for building waiting might be an option, if not it is mainly a judgement call on what you want out of your card. If pure performance is what you are looking for, you are probably best off with a 470. If you want cooler, quieter and efficient, you may want to look at the 5850 line.

Myself, I went with a 5850. However, should I make the choice today I think it would be very hard to not land on a 470.
