Hi.
Looking to build a pc for college and university work that will last me for a few years and hopefully upgrade it as time goes on. Budget is £500 . Dont need monitor, mouse, keyboard and windows.

Looking for any reccomendations please. Preferably intel.

Personally, with your budget, and you wanting something to easily upgrade in the future, AMD is the way to go, especially with Intel's constant socket changes, Intel is way over priced at the moment too, for AMD, the next 2 generations of CPU's should drop straight into this board too with a bios update.

CPU and RAM upgrade couldn't be easier on this board and throw in a GPU in the future and you have an instant gaming machine.
