1st case, 1st build

ohh thanks for the quick reply matt, i will take your suggestion for the 300r or shinobi as all im looking at is lookls really, so thank you kindly :)

edit, ohhhh the shinobi looks SHEXY!!! think i will go with that one then :)

then again the lexa s looks unusally different and nice, what are they like to build with (unsides? as im only looking at the outsides really?)

the shinobi has a few airflow issuies but if your not overclocking madly, it should be fine and a good solid case. if you post your spec here or link it and maybe we can sort stuff more suited to your needs.

Corsair 300R, would be my choice. Nice solid build, roomy inside and good ventilation.
120 out take(rear) and a 140 intake(front).

some alt cases here
just noticed this week part so ignore the ronin
i would go 300r or shinobi

this is sooo bladdy hard to choose a case i tell you :(

no doubt the 300r is a good case but i realllly dont like the looks of it lol :(

im liking the ronin tho, bit over budget for my case but i do like it, no reviews on it tho is it a good case apart from the looks? as in building/venting etc?

its new.. in fact im sure I checked the other day and it wasnt yet available, just checked today and it seems it is. Theres a few Youtube videos showcasing it.

If the good lady doesnt moan TOO much, I'll be ordering one and getting rid of my Phantom

From experience, I'd say to avoid the Shinobi if you plan on getting a GPU that vents into the case.

Also, the 300R is MUCH better equipped with it's removable drive bays and considerably better airflow/ventilation options.

300R without question in my opinion :)

dam! a few ticks on the 300R lol, i might just chuck looks out of the window and get the 300R then, as id rather a better equipped case than looks i think, think my mind is pretty much made up, apart from the 300R only has 2 usb 3 inputs on it doesnt it?

edit, reading the 300R reviews, it seems you need some accessory box for the usb's on the top? ...........mhhh well least ive narrowed it down to 2 cases now lol, either the 300R or ronin......

The Ronin is definitely worth a shout too. It has good internal features and a proper window, plus front air intakes that aren't compromised like the Shinobi.
It also shares much of the Shinobi's looks :)

Quite like that blanking plate for the bays and psu.

really sorry if this is a stupid question, and i dont mean to keep going on, but the motherboard comes with usb's right? im ordering this one this week to start off my build
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-437-GI

so how do i actually add all the listed usb slots on the motherboard to the case? as if i could have atleast 2 usb 3's and 2 usb 2's on the case that would be brilliant, but i cant figure out how you get to use all the usb's that come with the motherboard, soo sorry if this is such a dumb question :(

ahh nice! so i guess that the back of the mother board will be accessable from the back of the case then as to be able to plug into all of them inputs :) its all so overwhelming where i have not built a pc before, im sure it will become a lot clearer once i get started :) also i can see 6 out of the 10 usb 3 slots on that 3rd pic in the link above, so if the case has not got usb 3 or even usb 2 inputs on the case i will still have usb 3&2 on the motherboard which i will be able to plug into from the rear right :)

Watch a couple of the build tutorial vids in the link. You should find them pretty helpful.
