Try to avoid high player number servers, look for a good 12 man server.
Flashbangs are part of the game, look at a wall or the opposite way if you see one thrown!
dont hold down the moust as said, try tapping, and shooting at uppder torso, i find its not so difficult to get headshots, this way.
also if you have some annoying kid on a microphone, you can mute them! buy pressing "Esc" > "Player list" > (find there name)"Mute"
be patient with it, it can get frustrating, i tend to find that.
Servers with 16000$/de_dust2 only
are very fun servers.
