1st Overclock on new rig

Help ! Overclocking on my new rig

Hiya

Here are my following specs

Asus P5WDG2-WS Motherboard Bios 0401
Intel Pentium D 930 Stepping B1
Corsair Twin2X6400Pro 2 x 1Gb PC-6400 RAM
Sapphire X1800GTO Graphics Card
Western Digital 250Gb SATA
Creative Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS

I trying to overclock my CPU and cant seem to get past 3.6GHz without Dual Prime95 throwing up an error on the Core 0 almost instantly.

Any one give me some tips or settings for the BIOS please.
