1st post to say Hi

Hi all!

My first post here. Just wanted to say hi and hoping to learn as much as I can for my build.

I've been working in IT for quite a while now but always bought PC's from Dell.

A failing graphics card on my latest Dell PC has made me realise that I'll never get the PC I want unless I build the bugger myself.

Can anyone direct me to information about PSUs? I'm looking to get the biggest/most powerful PSU I can to future-proof that component (as much as I can reasonably future-proof it) but keep finding conflicting responses.

Yep I know you can't future-proof. But as I say if I can get one that will last 2-3 builds and provide sufficient power for current use and expansion then that's perfect for me and will last me that 2-3build..
