Briefly is it this simple? Order?

-Lay down empty case
-Put cpu into mobo and fan onto cpu with arctic stuff?
-Put PSU into case
-Put mobo with cpu into case
-Put in dvd rom, hard drives into case and connect to mobo+psu
-Connect psu to mobo
-put in gfx card/soundcard connect to psu
-connect psu to fans
-connect mobo wires to usb ports?
-put in ram
-start computer with win7 dvd

Thats it?

I'd put the motherboard in before the PSU. Depending on where the PSU is mounted the cables will probably get in the way and make it more difficult than it has to be.

1. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP - GROUND YOURSELF BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING
2. Take off both side panels of the case and lay it flat
3. Put CPU into socket
4. Put motherboard into case and secure
5. Install RAM
6. Apply thermal paste and install CPU cooler
7. Install 2.5"/3.5" bay devices (hard drives, optical drives etc.)
8. Install GPU and other devices
9. Install PSU and connect it all up
10. Insert W7 disc and start up.

That's the way I would do it anyway.

I'd put the ram in just after the cpu and cooler with the mobo flat on a tabletop. You can make sure it is well seated and the cooler, if a large one, does not obscure the view or your hands.
