What partition size are people going for with Windows 7 x64? 100GB?

Just got a 1TB Samsung drive to replace

2 x 72
1 x 160GB
1 x 320GB
1 x 250GB
1 x 160GB USB drive - will keep up and running

I used to have a 146 GiB OS partition, with ~67 GiB used, including ~17 GiB of games.

It completely depends on what games and applications you have - now I have my 112 GiB SSD I don't put my Steam folder on it, which means it only has ~10 GiB of games and is ~30% full.

I use 60gb for Windows Vista / 7

I keep my Steam folder on 2nd partition D: , currently that folder is 171Gb!

Also, you can probably upgrade your USB drive by simply swapping over the drives inside.

I also recommend that you get this as your C drive and use 1tb as D for Steam / Data..

At a later date, think I have enough SATA drives if I wanted to split things.

My itunes collection is 100GB and prob Steam is too.

I'll look at the specs for my other drives again.

The two 72GB drives are in a RAID 0 config.

Seperate drive will be for a backup, so itunes is the most important stuff via a robocopy script. Steam, don't care about that and can just download it all again
