2.1ghz Macbook Pro Hard Drive

Hi, I have just got my hands on a second hand Macbook Pro 2.1ghz which I got from the bay.

I am very happy with it and its in brilliant condition plus I have not been on my desktop PC since I bought it

It is the model which has the 120gb 5200 rpm Hard Drive. Now I am wanting to know how easy it would be to upgrade the Hard Drive to a 320gb 7200 rpm model or would I be better to geeet an external firewire drive ? Would that be faster ?

It's pretty straight forward to do it. Have a look on http://www.ifixit.com/ for a guide. I upped my MBP to a 7,200rpm drive too.
