I read somewhere that this might be a good idea as 2.5" drives are quiet and very low-power. Would it be a good idea to get maybe a 160gb 2.5" drive for windows and applications, and have something like the Spinpoint drives just for storage?
Any thoughts? This thing will be in the middle of the living room so I'm just trying to keep power and noise to a minimum. Also if I get one of the low-power 'e' cpu's will I need any additional cooling?
