£2.5k - £3k Budget Rig with Monitor

Hi All

I have £2.5K+ to spend on a new gaming rig with 1440p Monitor included. I have my eye on the Dell UltraSharp U3014 30".

I am in 2 minds about what graphics cards to go for. If a single 290x or 780ti would be enough to keep above the 60fps mark at 1440p. Or I could go sli on 780's or even 2 x 290x's.

I have built 2 previous pcs before but would prefer to get overclockers to build it or use the system configurator as I don't want any hassle.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Hi Fulax thanks for your info.

Sorry I copied the wrong monitor name . It is the Dell UltraSharp U2713HM 27" that is £450 not the 30" beast.

Would the cube with 2x290x's swapped in for the 780's be worth while?
