No idea where to post this but has anyone taken part or planning to take part in this?

Put simply, it looks AWESOME.

Me a few friends have bought tickets already for one of the Bristol sessions. Will probably be about 8-12 of us but me, my girlfriend and two closest friends will be dressing up as the L4D crew

Oh and I've also applied to be a zombie on another night with a few friends as well

£24 .. for what, exactly? The right to play a giant game of tag?

Rip. Off. It should be free as it's nothing more than a flash mob.

Party venue? DJ? Make-up? Costumes? Game venues? Advertising? Admin costs?

Would like to see you organise it for less. And how is £24 too expensive for an awesome night out anyway?!

Ahh yes, one other thing that tickled me last year was when a friend of ours fell over and hurt her ankle. She got seen to by the St Johns lot and on the accident form they filled in;

Tempted to do this just to get a scan of the form

My girlfriend didn't want to do it because she's scared of zombies but I tempted her with the possibility of a pug. I did make it clear that she'd be left behind if she got stuck in/on something though.

I'd love to be in on this, but I'd rather play a zombie than a survivor. I assume if you get caught, you get to join the zombie hoard?

No, you get marked somehow as infected and then either get turned into a zombie or stay as a survivor for the party. The zombies are trained and work in groups so you can't just join in. I've applied to be a zombie on one night which makes your play night free.

So whats stopping someone from just going there and running around with a group for free?

The fact that you won't be part of it? The players are designated otherwise how would the zombies know who to chase?
