2 choices, performance Q

if i was to upgrade my 64 3000, 6800gt 256 to an x2 3800 and a 7600 or possibly a 7800 (agp) would i see much of a performance increase? if so, how much?

which would perform faster in games, X2 3800+x1800xt OR Conroe E3600+7600GT

its cash limits, if i go conroe i need to get new ram as well, so i have to spend less on the gfx :/

i cant flog my 6800gt, as its broken, i dont think ill get much for the other stuff will I?
