ok my windows xp some how got corrupt...seriously not letting anyone use my computer again. so i didn't want to loose of my important coursework so i installed another copy of windows onto the same drive....now i have copied the work over to the working version of xp how do i go about deleting the other version i have on this drive?

Remove the partition with the busted XP then remove the line in the BOOT.INI in MSCONFIG (click Start > Run > type 'msconfig') that applies to the partition you just wiped.

Be sure to remove the right one though.... ;)

p.s. This really should be in the Windows forum.
