2 * corsair ddr2 Faulty ? Nope was Power supply

I Have a Asus p5nd2 sli M/B also a Intel Pentium 4 640 3.2 GHz CPU
the problem is they have individual being sent back "RMA" then together sent back all positive POST screen .
The memory is Corsair 512 mb matched ddr2 pair memory
Power supply is 480 *** antec neo.
I have tried to get a Post screen with all Five items above
that is M/B, CPU, Power supply "it powers up other motherboards"adding only 20 pin atx connectors"",
and memory.
I Have no way at this minute to test the memory, would it be possible to to leave the memory unplugged to get say a audible warning so then I could get a post screen off somekind,
I'am tommorow when I get the motherboard and CPU back test that theory out also put them in individualy into different slots "like Overclockers said to do"
If I still cannot get a post screen could It be the power supply at fault even though it powers other M / Boards"note added 20 pin motherboards".

Problem solved:
Power supply Antec Neopower 480watt bought 7 December 04 failed to power up an 24 pin atx motherboard.................................
powers up all 20 pin atx motherboards
note was not overclocking at all.
replaced it with an Tagen tg580-u22 works great.
now gonner try to RMA to antec is it worth it, regarding the wieght etc
