2 Decent preforming office pcs. Need MB, CPU, cooler, RAM

Hi have 2 matx Nofan cases I’d like to reuse, but the inards of both existing pcs are slow and the i5 cpus are not windows 11 compatible. Both are 9 years old.
So I need fit new matx MBs, a decent amount of ram, 32gb? And a future proof cpu to each one.
will I be able to reuse the fan less coolers I have… nofan cr-80s I believe.
silence is important for the office.
Hopefully i can reuse the existing PSUs.

any recommendations for something decent?

Thé 32gb is just because memory is cheap ish. Also often many applications are open at one time and they seem to eat up a fair amount of ram. Psus are normal atx supplies.
I am not concerned about costs particularly, I just want not to have to build another pc for a good few years.
I will find out what generation the i5s are and get back to you.

Will definitely want integrated graphics, not wifi as that's wired. Something that's recent and unlikely to be soon obsolete i suppose. MB and CPU and memory. But ideally compatible with my existing heat sinks. https://www.quietpc.com/nofan-cr-80eh
or with a no fan heatsink. I try to avoid moving parts if possible.
