can anyone tell me if it was ok to put two different graphic cards on the same motherboard Gigabyte Z77X UD5H with corsair AX1200 PSU for 4 monitors?.

Graphic card one: Gainward GeForce GTX 660 Ti (one go to VGA monitor and one go to display port monitor)

Graphic card two: Asus GeForce GTX 240 (both go to VGA monitors)

As above I believe you can pair them if one is just for physx but two can't be used in a sli/crossfire.

I believe there is a small exception with a handful or less of amd cards, but this wouldn't be applicable.

ok look like I had to purchase another same graphic card Gainward GeForce GTX 660 Ti in 3 way SLi and would be ok but how do u set up SLi as I never done it before. I am think of setting up 3 way SLi (3 x 660 Ti) do u think it power enough for Corsair ATX1200w or will be overkill?

I think my board only do 2 way SLi?
