2 Drives problem?

To start off I brought two WD 3tb red drives to use as a storage solution and I was thinking would I be better off using software raid 1 or just keeping them separately as drives, is there any software that will allow me to run in the background coping data over to the new drive/s

Eventually theses drives will be going to its own NAS setup.

use command prompts robo copy comang > go to google.
or there is secound copy good for 30 days or always sync

Nice one just used Second Copy and its worked like it says, il hold of the raid till I build my NAS or WHS

There's also a pretty decent rsync port for windows if you're looking for another alternative
