2 Exchange accounts on mobile device?

Hi,
My 2013 ADUC account has full permissions on a 2nd mailbox so it loads into my outlook on windows.
My exchange account is on my mobile phone. I've set up the 2nd account too but it won't show any emails in the mailbox. I've sent a test mail, but its also set to show emails for the past month so there should be someting in there at least.
It says "updated yesterday" even though i sent the test email about an hour ago.
Pretty sure that you can have 2 exchange accounts on a mobile device (regardless of device?), FWIW i'm using an iphone 6s.

Any advice appreciated.

Can you add the 2nd account using the username for the 2nd account (rather than your main credentials)? I've got 3 Exchange accounts on my Nexus

I am doing matey, using the full email address of the 2nd account. It just won't populate any mail.
