2 gigs of ram + virtual memory

I have a 2gb geil value kit but for some reason every now and again I get a windows low on virtual memory error.
Ive ran memtest on both sticks and no errors after 22 hours but my Page file usage shot up to 4gb.

At the moment im just browsing the internet and my page file usage is 337mb
surualy with 2gb of ram my page file shouldnt be touched.
I only have 34 processes running and they arnt very memory intensive (well acording to windows task manager)

could anyone shed some light on my problem? oh and the memory is running at stock speeds

im sure you have tried but, have you scaned for any viruses?

also have you checked your temps for mobo and cpu?

im sure its nothing a good old format wont fix.....

Yep scanned for viruses and found nothing looks like a format is in the cards oh well gives me somthing to do on tuesday
