I am looking to but 2 HDTVs. One will be for the living room for general TV and DVD viewing. The budget for this TV is £1500. Obviously I would like as large as possible but would also be happy to settle for slightly smaller for better quality/inputs etc.
Connected to this TV will be a Samsung surround sound system and Sky HD as and when available. (The current Sky+ box is connected via an Optical cable to the Samsung surround system)
For the second TV this will be for the Xbox 360 only, I am looking at something the same size as my Dell 24" monitor as this seems to work well for the size of room/viewing distance.
From what i have read am i correct in saying that Plasma is better for X and LCD for Y ie gaming and movies or do i need not to worry about this and just buy Plasma or LCD screens.
Thanks !!
