2 internet on same pc ?

if i have two phone lines and two internet providers

can i plug both in to the same pc ?

is there a way to choose which i use (ie if i want to FTP through one and keep surfing on the other)

is this possible. ?

Yes it's possible. I have it here. I use static routing to do it.

Another way would be a load balancing router, I have one spare.
