I've used 2 screens for years, usually having my 'main' panel that I use for mostly everything right in front of me, and then a second screen to the right.
I recently experimented with having the right hand screen in portrait orientation, and just this week I've gone for a vertical stack to see how that fairs. As I'm just testing I've used a fairly DIY approach with one panel on the desk and the one above on a kind of shelf, so it's not great but you get the idea.
It felt a bit odd at first but it's growing on me, and in many ways it's actually more productive for some things.
So, are there any other 'vertical stackers' 2 monitor users out there, and if so what's the best way to do it well (using arms and brackets, VESA mounts etc)?
