Hi lads,

I have a Radeon 9800 pro with DVI and VGA output. I'd like to run 2 monitors off it at the same time.

Could anyone advise me whether this is possible? Thanks in advance.

If I can't, an alternative would be something like this I guess..

Does anyone know whether splitting the signal from the PC would result in a major decrease in picture quality? Thanks.

Aye. You can usually stick an DVI-VGA adaptor on the DVi port for non-digital screens if you like.

Want a photo with bread? ;)

Most modern cards will do this, we've got a couple of hundred at work for the beancounters using low end radeons and geforces. Even my work laptop (3 year old IBM T42 with a Radeon 7500) drives two screens via a port replicator.
