2 more gig?

Hi,

I just built myself a system, main details:
DFI lanparty Nf4 Ultra-D
X2 4400
X1800xt

2x 1gb geil value ram



I'm thinking of getting 2 more sticks of 1gig ram. Is there really any point in this, will i notice much difference or is it just being silly?

Also, would it work??

Are you running xp64? if not dont bother, windows xp cant adress more than 3.5 gb and throws a hissy fit.

Check your memory use and find out.

Start, run, perfmon is one, but there are easier ways. (Task Manager for one).
