2 new vehicles for me this week.. excuse the carp photos.

New company car is a brand new focus tdci estate.. very nice.. im well impressed.

The toy is a manual legnum vr4... currently working on it, bringing up to speed so to speak

I had a new Focus Estate as a hire car a month ago - good cars.

What's on the job list for the VR4?

i thought theyre called gallants? or did they give the estate a different name?
i think theyre very nice looking cars in a boring age of bubble like ugly things

Job list for the vr4 is fairly simple. ABS sensor had come off at the rear so had to sort that out, its been sitting for 3 months as it took its time on the way over from japan. Other than that its just cosmetic stuff really.

SVA prep too... so ill do the speedo/fog light etc etc

Doing all the servicing on my own though, which is a fairly big task for me.. doing the diffs and the ayc changes etc.

Then I'll commence with the real work

I drive a Focus Estate TDCi for work and I think it's a great car. Handles well and has lots of power (compared to my Escort anyway!).

but considering I used to own a vr4, then got the integra... now have another vr4... would you think its a downgrade?

hence the manual gearbox.. more scope for power Wooo00!

Nice VR4 mate, doesnt the Evo 5 gearbox go straight on? I'd really love a VR4 at some point, preferably the saloon.

The engine in the integra was amazing, but i missed the vr4 so much, the ease of power and overal perfection of the car was too tempting.

The are amazing cars, and far better than the integra imo.

Its the evo 5 box as standard.

But other evo boxes go in. Maybe even the 6 speed.

Id rather another galant (saloon) but manuals are so rare i jumped at this one... even more so for the bargaintastic price.

Yup very nice car. Feels like a quality machine.

I love the sony mp3 player.
