2 NIC's + ISA + Web server HELP PLEASE

Hi all

I am running a sbs box with isa and would like to host a web site on it, it has been created in IIS but i am having real trouble publishing it.

it works fine on the Lan ip but does not work on the wan ip or the external ip address.

could some one please help me i am pulling my hair out

Have you created an access rule in ISA for external users?

i have created a publishing rule in isa and added all users. i am missing somthing??
