10% sucks.

You need to take 25% off of the price in order for it to even start to be competitive; considering how much you can save if you take a minute to look a little harder.

How about people list what they want to buy, I'll find it cheaper and take a little cut. Ohhh, what a nice little earner. :p

I'm not using them again though! First and only order from them got lost, and the replacement was sent to the wrong address and turned up broken!
 
I agree, I don't really like HMV (or virgin) any more as they're just not the cheapest around unless you count the occasional offer where boxsets are cheap.
 
Nah they are certain online retailers that are a lot better, I have one in mind but I wont name it as its borerline competitor.

Most of their cd's, dvds and the like are cheaper than hmv even with the discount.
 
I don't like HMV or Virgin, there are far better places with cheaper prices and better service on the web.
 
I think HMV are great. Nearly everytime I go in there I find a bargain. I get a lot of my HKL dvds from there, as they dont sell that much and HMV want to clear them. e.g. I got my Bruce Lee 30th anniversary boxset from there for £20 because "it was the last one in stock and they wanted to get rid of it". Tools. I bought the Alien Quadrilogy from there for £17.99 the other day. I dare you to find an e-tailer that has it cheaper than that. :)

EDIT: Thats going in store....Ive never used them on the web.
