2 or 1 For Gaming?

It's all about what you would use 2 monitors for as you can only game on 1 (or 3) monitors but not 2. For me, when i am gaming i only look at the 1 monitor so i would choose a 1 monitor set up (or 3 monitor if i had the money). I thought about getting a 27" but i feel its too big and i have to move my head to see the whole screen so i got a decent 23" which i feel is perfect for me. So, if you have your game displayed on 1 monitor what will you have on your 2nd monitor - internet, game stats, chat window....?
 
I run two monitors, a Samsung 23" and an old Iliyama 19". I game on the Sammy and depending on what I'm playing I'll either have skype, steamchat or battlelog open on the other one.
 
The u2412m is a lot cheaper and for gaming not any worse (The u2410 costs a lot more since it's a wide gamut monitor which for gamers is irrelevant).
