Just need clarification if I've setup this 2 stream PC correctly? the idea is to game on 1920x1080 @ 120Hz, and stream it through the Algato to the streaming PC in 1920x1080 @ 60Hz. I will set the mic as listen to this device: playback through this device and choose the Algato to send the mic to the streaming PC and I'll use audio repeater to send the games sound to the streaming PC.

Capture cards will allow max and smooth frame rates . Lot of streamers use two systems, specially console streams as they aren't as powerful .
One or two companies looking into mini stream boxes the size of Intel's NUC with hdmi in port . A cheap effective way from streaming.

Haven't looked in a while but sure your main rig can have the capture card installed in it ?

With your set up, capture card needs to be in the Stream PC, NOT the gaming PC. You'll have monitor cables tubing from your GPU into the 120hz and capture card, then the stream pc will have monitor cable from Mobo or GPU to 60hz.

Least with 2 OC stream, noise should be lower and minimum frame rate high
