Just wondering if anyone has cooled 2 pc's , water cooled , with just one pump .

As my two comps are side by side I thought it might be a good idea. Would appreciate any feedback on this subject :)

Cheers Gang.

That was originally my plan but in the end I did each one separately. You could do it but it makes working on either one a pain and moving them a hassle.

Good point, I didnt think of that.

My two comps are are side by side at a large desk. This means I can have one downloading or working on something while i use the other to browse the web or play games. My son and I often sit by side to play various games like quake , rome total war etc ( even tho he has a networked PC in his room ).

I guess its just handy. Add my two laptops and I'm spoilt rotten :)

As long as you've got something chunky like the new D5 vario or even an old eheim 1250 there's no reason why you can't do it, apart from the inconvenience. Bear in mind the tha whole thing will need to be run in series I use those little copper plumbing stop-cocks in mine so maintenance is a breaze. Close the taps and I can disconnect and move to my hearts content!

If you do want to do this why don't you get really clever and either get a nice Mountain Mods case - you can mount both PC's in one case, - or build a nice external rad-box with taps at the back of both PC's? - Could be a fun little project - lots of piccies please!

I use something like these from B&Q:

And a Mountain Mod case looks like this:

If I could afford it - I'd own it!
