2 player co op games

Hi All,

Me and a mate like to play games like R6V2 where some skill is needed and the game is of the FPS type and not arcade-esque. Having finished it all now on realistic we are looking to move on. We bought Army of 2 and Conflict Denied ops and hate both of them AO2 is utter cr*p!!. Can anyone suggest a game like R6V2 that plays with some realism has a first person view and of course is 2 player co op?

We have done R6V1 too

V2 is vastly superior too don't you think? We'd like some stealth if possible.

Play the big co-op maps on Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 1/2 - lots of fun and the maps are Huuuuuuuuuuuugggggeeeeeeeee. Theres also extra co-op levels and weapons that can be downloaded off live. Both games should only cost peanuts now too.

Keep allowed respawns to zero if you want a good challenge.

Otherwise Resi 5 was a good jaunt.

Resident Evil 5 is good fun in co-op! Is it for 360? Gears 2 is awesome. So is Resistance 2 for the trey.

Gears of war 1/2
Halo 3
COD WAW
Left 4 Dead

I know some of them may not be to your preference but they are the best co-op games available

How about trying other genres that have splitscreen/co-op? Theres some good sports and driving games that are good splitscreen.

Is COD 4 etc co op? I have seen a video and I see two people playing with "bots"??? Are they bots or controllable..

Not heard much about that. There probably wont be as it wasnt that successful a game and theres a sequel soon.

my mates picked up RB6 Vegas 2, and it is a great improvement over the 1st game with the exp system in both singleplayer and multiplayer. The AI is just as annoying though with respawning randomly and terrorists hunts being a bit funny sometimes.

ooo, i didn't realise W@W was split screen co-op, and I haven't played it yet as I'm not really bothered with the WW2 setting... (but did absolutely love 4)

which is the better/more fun split screen co-op, RE5 or COD5?
