2 player split PGR3

I was just gonna give the boy a game of PGR3 and assumed it would have split screen 2 player like most racing games, loaded it up and cant find any 2 player options, the back of the box read players 1-2

Select Playtime, play on this Xbox 360, then Press Y to sign in another player.

Oh yeah, you need to add another profile aswell.

Thanks mate, I thought I was going crazy,lol didnt realize you need another profile. Im not a person who reads manuals normally, this time I did and It didnt help anyway. While im on the subject of manuals, I just read an article in 360 magazine which tells you things about the 360 that they dont tell you in the official manuals and theres quite a few, things like how to tell how much charge in your wireless controller, how to charge it when 360 is switched of, also quick navigation to friend invites etc, came in quite handy,,

its all pretty obvious stuff really but handy none the less as most people dont know.

You all must know the power on/off via controll by now but theres also:

For wireless battery power hit the guide button-theres a small battery indicator on the top of the blade that pops up, (I never noticed this before)

Plug your play and charge in before you power down and as long as its tethered it will carry on charging while 360 is powered off (I didnt know this either)lol

Whenever a friend comes online, you receive a message, game invite or unlock an acheivement a message pops up on screen, tap the nipple within a second or so of it appearing and youll be taken direct to the relevent screen, saves messing about with blades and essential for game invites
They call the 360 guide button a ''nipple'' BTW

You can speak to any friends at any time even if they are playing a different online/offline game to you, just tap nipple while your playing and select friend for privte chat, says you can even chat on the bog just like a hands free phone line,lol

Theres also info on setting wallpaper from your pc, using an external HD and also lets you know the halo platronics headset is compatable with the 360

Cool, didn't know about the charge indicator.

Took me a while to work out how to get 2 players in PGR3.. I only worked it out when I noticed the tiny popup in the bottom corner and added a new profile for my lass.
