2 problems if anyone can help??

i've literally been buying a keyboard and mouse package every month for about 6 months, i need wireless as my pc hooked up to lcd on wall, and i just lay in bed on the pc!
i havent found anything yet that hasnt give me grief, i'm probably only about 10-11ft from the pc but i am at my wits end with the sets i've been buying, i just got this logitech EX 110 set today and its useless, i'm writing this from the end of the bed now about 5-6ft from pc with the screen breaking my neck and in my face!!!!

can anyone recommend a set that aint gonna break the bank, say for no more than 5-60 quid that will work for a good few metres away from the pc??


Also i have a new (bought a while ago but only started using now) pioneer 112d writer, its fine writing dvds, playing any discs, but as soon as i try to burn off audio cd's it fails after about 10-15% EVERY time, i have emailed nero the error log files and they are just full of crap with their answers, any help appreciated

Have you looked at media centre keyboards?

i dont really know what i'm looking for really, i've just tried out a few sets that some different shops said would be fine and they have let me down every time, the only preference i do have is that the mouse isnt just a ball o the keyboard

That leaves a media centre keyboard out then. To my knowledge normal PC wireless keyboards and mice have a poor range of about 1.5 metres.

why not look at a bluetooth keyboard and mouse , they have a better range
