2 programs showing different speeds

As you can see from the picture, I'm being told two different CPU speeds and voltages from the AI Suite and from CPU-Z. Now I'm more than happy to believe the latter because the numbers match those in the BIOS but I wondered if anyone could tell me why they tell me two different things or more specifically why the multiplier is 18 in AI Suite and 16 in CPU-Z.

some programs only read the highest multi supported in bios, regardless of what you set in bios.

Are they both the latest versions of the software from the official websites?

Yeah they are. Its ok now though they're both showing the same reading.
