2 Q's regarding IR filters & Memory cards on a 10D

Hi

firstly i would like to get an IR filter for my camera but i wanted to know if there is a way to alter an image PP to give it an IR effect? or can it only be done at the time of shooting?

secondly i have a 10D and i was wondering what is the fastest speed memory card that this can use before it suffers a buffer bottleneck - i ask because i use a sandisk ultra III extreme which is the fastest card and no doubt faster than my camera but what card speed would be closest matching to the camera buffer? as i might consider trading it for a higher capacity one that still gives me the same performance (makes sense dont you think?)

thanx rp but pls just clarify your comments as it sounds like your saying take more than one shot there? - edit nevermind someone else has explained

can i just ask is it possible to take an IR shot with an ND4 filter then?
