2 questions!

Ever heard of patience? These no need to bump twice in less than 3 hours. As for PSU. Have a look at the Seasonic or Tagan range. I don't have an Antec 900 so I can't comment on that.

Go for the 520W corsair psu. I have the 620W havent used it yet. Not my bday till 10th december. But i opend the box to check the cables and if your a tidy case person like me the cables are really slim and pretty long. Plus by the reveiws it seems like one of the highest quality PSU's on the market. And a case is personal preferance. I went for the TT armour black and i love it.

no need to be sorry, it's clear your new to the forums, or havnt been very active.

ok, firstly there as a few brands which are good, and at least one not to touch with a bargepole

seasonic
corsair
antec

all good

hyper
terrible ;)

hope that helps a little, and good luck with the spec in your sig :D

ps: not quite sure about what you mean with the placement of the fans, perhaps it would be better to ask in one of the few antec 900 threads dotted around.

Nah I really should be patience :)

what i mean is, the psu mount what ever you like to call it is at the bottom.
most psus have fans on the bottom having no air getting in/out or what not would be dangerous?

nah, its absolutely fine, you should just be able to turn the PSU upside down, no worries ;)

quick edit: the screw holes should align both right side up and right side down

slower edit:

the six holes circled in red are locations for the screws, only four will be used, and these depend on what way round the PSU is mounted, so any PSU should work fine

hehe, i know how you feel, pretty similar specs we both have planned, only i'll be going for 2GB GeIL 800mhz, the DS4 and a second x1900xt for crossfire (already have the slave siting in my current PC)

having to wait till February/march time for mine...damn Christmas, damn it to hell! :(

:D

and no problem, i don't mind helping where i can ;)

You would be better to sell the 2 x 512Mb and buy 2 x 1024Mb. It works much better. Lots of motherboards have problems supplying a good even power supply across both pairs of DIMM sockets simultaneously. They work fine if the machine is not overclocked, but if you are clocking it then you might get problems. RAM prices should drop massively again after Christmas too. Also - given the exchange rate to the US at the moment (£1 = $2) you'd have to wonder about a weekend in Atlanta to go shopping....

Corsair is basically a seasonic but better. With better cable management ect. Best bet is corsair.

Really? why are they cheaper then? I was going to get a Seasonic M-12 600, should i get a Corsair 620 instead?
