2 ram options with ds3...puzzled

Hi guys, read the compatible ram thread, and both the
G.Skill 2GB DDR2 HZ PC2-6400 (2x1GB) CAS4 Dual Channel Kit

and

Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX (2x1GB) (can this run dual channel?)

The corsair xms2 6400 cas 4 twin 2gb kit.
Ive heard these both work fine with the Gigabyte DS3, im just unsure which to get i like corsair and i know and trust that brand, am new to *** G.skill scene, so am not sure what to expect.

At the end of the day its what performs best thats important.

I will be oc'ing a e6300.

Can anyone enlighten me to what would be best?

It is. And it runs great on the DS3.
