2 screens

ok, i got two screens finally next to each other (new desk) i can span them so its one widescreen but i want to know if i can have them as two sep screens, game on one but see desktop on other?

so at the moment they are duplicated, Identical on both screens?

If you go into Display properties by right clicking empty part of desktop and selecting "properties" , click on settings tab and if you then select the new monitor - usually no 2 - and click checkbox "extend desktop to this monitor" and apply, you will get two seperate desktops.

Bare in mind that not all games are geared for multi display systems so you can often get graphical glitches on your desktop or in thegame if you alt tab to the other desktop .

in the nVidia settings go to "nView Display Settings" and choose "Dual View" rather than "Horizontal Span".

Or if you want even more customization, get Ultramon. It is an awesome program that will allow you to do all kinds of customization.

Yeah get ultramon mate, its makes setting up the screens sooo much simpler.
