2 SSD in raid 0 or 1 SSD with TRIM

I found out recently that having Two small SSD's such as OCZ 60gb 2e vertex in raid 0 is much faster than a 120gb 2E vertex drive, however TRIM support is not supported by the raid SSD. I want to know which will provide OVERALL better performance, the radi SSD drives with no trim, or 1 high capacity SSD drive with trim, thanks in advacne for answer

I'm still inconclusive if having SSDs in RAID is actually is of real benefit so i would have thought the later..

If you are careful with maintaining the performance then RAID 0 SSDs will always perform better.
