2 step authentication

Just bought a new phone and used to use 2 step to login to my ocuk account.

now i cant seem to get it to work anymore and the account is no longer on the app on my phone.

how on earth do you log in with app to authenticate you? it says something about backup codes but I don't seem to have any.

You don't have to use Google Authenticator.
