2 sticks or 4

I've got a 3700x gigabyte x570 elite motherboard and at mo 16 gig of ram so is it best to vet 2 x 16 or 4 x 8 gig sticks thanks for your help

There's not much in it. 2x16 dual rank or 4x8 single rank put similar load on the memory controller.

I'd go 2x16 personally.
