2 week old 360 now doesn't read disks :(

None of my games are being read. I put them in, it says Reading for a split second then gives back the option of 'Open Tray'

Do i need a replacement?

So take it in to the shop and tell them I already called Microsoft support and that they told me to go to the shop.

I have tried like 10 different games in it to no avail.

Does this mean I lose all my stuff I have downloaded?

Cool, luckily its a rental place so they are open until late, and they are a big company so should be ok, ill see if I can keep my HD.

Just got back, didn't even have the receipt and they couldn't find it on their system but they said they would swap it. Only problem is, I just took the 360 thinking I would keep my old box, but turns out I have to take it all back (pain in the arse)

So, Im back packing it all up, off again in a minute

They swapped it over fine. Changed the HDD. Then I realised I forgot to put the headset in so now I have 2
