2 wordpress problems

When I create a link in a bog it will put my blog web address before it. So www.flcickr.com becomes http://www.tob3z.com/www.flickr.com

Also the hyperlink popup box is really tiny have you have to scroll across with the mouse.

Any ideas?

Tried posting urls with the http://www.somesite.com instead of www.somesite.com.

Just a thought.

Grrr it't now not putting in the paragraphs and the HTML editor doesnt work. come to think of it that has never worked. The box pops up but when you click update it doesnt actually update the HTML.
