2 x 4670 In Crossfire?

Well after killing my 4870 i am after something to get going. Was just thinking of a 4670 and adding another in crossfire at a later date. Whats the performance like?

They're slightly slower than a 3870 so I'd say, just get a 4850 instead of two 4670's.

Better performance at the same price.

Most of the time they are actually a good bit faster than a 3870 despite the bandwidth issues...


But I agree, try for 4850....can find cheapish ones 2nd hand.

Yeah will have a look about.. or like someone said a new 4830 is another option then add another at a later date..

4830 would be good, faster than the 8800 GT, slightly slower than the 4850, so 2x in Xfire are probs not to bad.

hi mate, got an 8800gt bfg for sale if your interested?? boxed with all paper work.....just upgraded to a hd4870..well two actually crossfire here we come!!
