Well i cant stop lol i need to buy somthing else :D With the BF3 not to far away i think another 480 might be on the cards, What are your thoughts to this ? im fairly sure my PSU should handle the extra power consumption. i see Overclockers have stopped selling the 480 SE does this mean im likely to find it hard to find one in the future ? should i get one now ? or wait and see how my rig plays BF3 ? its my birthday shortly and i need a list lol

If a 480 struggles with BF3 at reasonable settings on a single screen then the game will be a FAIL IMO. Its still a top card! Plenty of grunt and enough memory for a single screen. If the game fails to run in that scenario on a 480 it will fail on most PCs!

Save your cash and wait for the game to come out! If your GPU struggles turn the settings down for a few days while you wait for your new card from OcUK to arrive! ;)

Lol cheers pete need to get somthing new lol i agree bf3 would be a fail if it cant be played on my system, i only game @ 1050 22" monitor maybe that should be my next upgrade ? What size do people favour these days ? 24" ?

Pete is spot on. A single GTX480 should easily be able to handle it at 1050 on your system! I'd genuinely be shocked if it struggled.

Upgrade itch is a nasty condition, how about a nice boot SSD for OS in the meantime!:p

tbh it boots fast enough as it is and i am really not convinced that SSD is SO much better atm having used a system with SSD yes it boots a few seconds quicker but seriously there is no in game performance difference
